Housing Development Brochure Design
Tayberry Close
I worked with Arc Homes to create a sales brochure for their housing development in Stoke-Sub-Hamdon, Somerset. The project included developing a visual identity for the development commissioning photography, curating images, area and site map illustrations.
The final brochure was produced in luxury print and digital versions.
Harbourside Development Brochure Design
Anchorage • Bristol
I worked on this project for Knightstone Housing, creating an exciting visual identity for marketing materials to help publicise a range of harbourside apartments in central Bristol.
The launch campaign was so successful, all properties sold without the need for a reprint.
Luxury Manor hire Brochure Design
The Manor • Somerset
The Manor near Wellington in Somerset offer unique exclusive use, party hire, fine dining, Weddings and corporate experiences. I was commisioned by them to create a brochure that would project their brand values – meticulous, uncompromising, fun and indulgent. The brochure was created for digital use only, for download from their website, or to be sent via e-mail.

Oyster Catcher Coastal
Oyster Catcher Coastal commissioned CFGD to create a print and digital sales brochure highlighting their unique and exquisite range of ‘baskets’ – luxury outdoor seating based on the design of traditional German beach chairs.
